HOW TO FIND US
By Train
Totnes is on the inter-city train network. Journeys from London, Paddington take about 3 hours and 3½ hours from Birmingham. You can arrange to be met by us at the station and driven to Stanborough House for a charge of £10. There is also a taxi rank at the station, however they will charge around £17.
By Car
Totnes is a few miles south of the A38 Exeter to Plymouth Devon Expressway, which links at Exeter to the M5 and the rest of the motorway network.
From the M5 at Exeter take the A38 as far as the A384 Buckfastleigh turn-off and follow the signs to Totnes (7 miles). When you reach the traffic lights in Totnes, take the right hand turning for the A381, signed Kingsbridge and Dartmouth. After 3 miles you come to Harbertonford, drive straight through the village and drive another 3 miles to Halwell. Pass the church, followed by the Dartmouth turning to your left and then take the first right hand turning, signposted to Morleigh. Follow the road over the bridge and up the hill. About 500 yards from the bridge there is a driveway on your left with a sign for Stanborough House. Bear to the left and follow the drive all the way down to Stanborough House.
